James Silvey
Education Officer, Budongo Trail
James graduated with a degree in zoology from Newcastle University in 2006. He worked in Zambia at a wildlife rehabilitation centre before beginning his work at the zoo in 2007 within the Education department. As a part of the Budongo Trail team, James can be found giving animal talks around the zoo, developing school links programmes between Edinburgh and Uganda, and filming the chimps for educational videos.
