Claire Gresswell

Conservation and Research Assistant (former Senior Keeper of Budongo Trail)


Claire began her career in animal conservation by earning her BSc (Hons) in Ecology and Biology from University of East Anglia. She spent the next three years working on the Marine Turtle Conservation Project in North Cyprus before joining the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland in 2003. During her six years at Edinburgh Zoo she primarily worked with primates (focusing on chimpanzees for the last two years of her animal care career). Claire is now working for the Conservation and Research department at RZSS.
